In the unlikely event your Goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us at within a maximum period of 10 working days to arrange a reimbursement or replacement.

We will file a claim on your behalf, so please make sure you retain all original packaging materials for the shipping carrier’s inspection with all relevant documentation. Sending us a photo of the damaged item and the packaging always helps.
